What options are there for accommodation in the area?

There are a few nearby options:

• Svínafell campsite - right next to our home! They also have huts for rent.

• The potato storage - also our close neighbours. Cozy studio apartments.

• Hotel Skaftafell - about 5 min drive away. Next to the gas station, which is the only store in the area.

• Hof 1 - about 10 min drive away.

• Fosshótel Jökulsárlón - about 20 min drive away. The most luxurious option.

What is your privacy policy regarding my personal information I enter in the booking process?

We require some personal information in the booking process, i.e. your contact information, and information necessary to process the payment. The payment is handled by Bókun, their privacy policy is here. The contact information is gathered in order to contact you, in case anything changes regarding your tour, such as weather, conditions or other factors. Your contact information will never be shared with a third party or used for any other purpose than to contact you for matters regarding your trip.
